What is the story you tell yourself about who you are, where you’ve been, and where you’re going? Here is a snippet of mine:
As a coach and manager, I strive to help each person grow in a way that’s true to themselves. For it is when each of us, whether in our jobs, or in our lives (or beyond)—when we can grow and contribute in a way that is true to ourselves, it is here that each person feels their worth and is able to break through barriers and obstacles, inside and out.
If I have learned anything in my multiple industries – it is that we can break through when we feel a sense of worth, dignity, and unique contribution: When we feel a unity of purpose that respects individual differences, yet also calls each to the greater goal together. When our contributions are recognized, and when we feel invested in, we can turn our goals into reality.
Whether it be with a wrench, in front of a camera, be it with words written or spoken, whether it is with professional development, personal development... that is my role, to facilitate people taking ownership of their unique capacities, abilities, and contributions. My coaching work includes supporting each person in finding that unique voice that was always within them and using it to make long-lasting change in daily life (at the deepest levels of existence too, if you'd like).
